These were the tiniest pumpkin seeds I ever found inside a cheese pumpkin. And it took me until February 14 to open the pumpkin, too. Of all the various pumpkin varieties, these are by far the tastiest seeds I’ve ever eaten. They have a very delicate flavor and a wonderful nutty crunchy texture enhanced by their small size. Worth opening the pumpkin and roasting them yourself.
